In the year 2015 it is time to adjust the well-established idea of volunteering in a kibbutz in Israel, to the new reality of Israel as a high-tech and startup nation. Thus, the Bavarian Government, the Consulate General of Israel in Munich and BETATEC have started the project “The New Kibbutz” to allow Bachelor and Master students from Bavarian universities to intern at Israeli high-tech, IT, life sciences and biotech companies.
The internships will be accompanied by workshops on Israel-related political, economic, historic and social topics.
